BECAUSE 3SG SOO IS HERE!
Putting on the stripes. I think my mum is more excited than me!
Family pic without the bro, because he's holding the cam.
Dan asked me to point the rifle at him (BREACH OF SECURITY!) but all I could do was to act fierce.
Guangwei and I, my bunkmate since BMT!

My taller self, and my normal self. THE TIME TRAVELLER'S WIFE!
Gangster swearing in ceremony. Nah, its just us reciting the Specialist Creed!
My vehicle, the Bionix AFV 40/50 Variant. No, its not a TANK!
Platoon 3 Section 3, the people that kept me going.
Section with our instructor Staff Ong, the quiet but garang dude.
I don't know what to say about this... lol.
Okay, those are a just a few of the nicer pics. I guess passing out as a 3SG comes with a bittersweet feeling. I am really going to miss trainee life, being able to screw up without bearing too much responsibility. It is only when you are a trainee that you get to share the ups and downs with your fellow coursemates, and bitch about the instructors and their hilarious training methods. I have to say that this course has been the best experience in army so far. I really learnt a lot, and I will miss everything about ATI/SOA/STW/BX. Haha. So yeah, here's to all the wonderful memories I've had as a trainee in BX course, and more to come in 46 SAR! (yep, that's the unit I've been posted to)
Goodbye for now, and I would think my next post will come only after I ORD, based on the current trend :D
